About me
Hi, I'm Diego
I spent fifteen years in consulting and team management before training as a coach. I know what it is like to be stuck in a job that no longer fulfils you, or to lead a team with more questions than answers.
I don’t give generic advice: I ask the uncomfortable questions, we put dates on decisions and we measure progress. Most of my clients complete their programme in three months with a clear plan.

Before you start
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching looks to the future and to specific goals. If I notice something that needs therapy, I will tell you and recommend someone.
How many sessions do I need?
A typical programme is 8 sessions over three months, but we adapt it to your goal.
Are the sessions online?
Yes, by video call. That way I work with clients across Spain and Latin America.
